Product Guarantee and Repair Policy
1. What about the warranty period and after-sale service?
Most of our Equipment have 18 months warranty period. If there is something wrong with the products and only if the responsibility is ours, such as technology problems, we promise the change a new one for you.
What is the repair policy?
When customer's product encounter broken after using some time and need repair,we will provide repair service for customer.
Please contact with Our customer service about the repair.
Customer need use simple airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it,we will send back to you. We will not charge you
for simple airmail ship back, but if customer ask for express shipping, customer need to pay for this.

1. Most items are shipped within 2 – 3 days due to the custom declaration from China and Hong Kong.
2. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
3. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
4. Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or any international courier’s shipping holidays.
5. Most of the orders would be sent by registered Air Parcel / Airmail, EMS, and DHL
6. Your delivery address would use the one registered in the membership profile, if there is not specified in extra, we default of using it.
7. For the secure reason, we do not accept the third country delivery, for the Paypal customer, we ship the goods only to the customer's registered Paypal address .
3. How to be Meditech distributor or agent?
We emphasize the relationship with Our customers very much so that when we meet new customers we ask them to introduce their companies and markets and companies first. Then after the first formal order or demo order, we discuss further, such as the information of distributors and agents.
From the first beginning of operation of the company, we always accept the OEM orders for foreign customers.
